Christoph Klutsch is the creative and physical background of Vermilion. He is an author, creative, copywriter and photographer for passion. Christophs vision behind the lens is provocative, self composed, authentic, co-opted and sexy – often all at once. Coming to his photographic procedures, Christoph likes to act spontaneously and raw without getting lost aimless. As a self taught photographer he extracs his inspiration and creative flow by his environment and his surrounding cultures. He thinks about his role behind the camera. He thinks about the models role in front of the camera. He thinks about the requests and demands of his clients. And finally, he thinks about photography more in a way of an individual and ongoing creative eruption than in a fixed and useless scientific category. Born and raised in Kassel, Germany, Christoph used to live at inspiring places such as Washington D.C., Amsterdam or New York City. At the moment he lives, thinks and works in Frankfurt and Kassel and “on the way”. He is available in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Cologne, Vienna & Amsterdam and most other places in Europe on request.
